Website Development Questions

Do I have to meet in person with the designer when developing my website?

No - we do meet in person with local customers but we have customers throughout the United States who we have never met face-to-face. Projects with them are completed by using telephone, email and our customer center.

What does TruWebHost require from me during the development of a website or other internet project?

1. Signed forms: Quote, Payment Schedule, Credit Card (for billing)
2. Login info for your existing Internet products that relate to the new project. Things such as login details for current hosting and domain name information .
3. All existing marketing assets that your company may have. Things such as logo files, marketing copy and any other electronic assets that my help the new project.

TruWebHost has a responsibly to protect each of our clients and provide the best service possible. The customer is expected to have basic knowledge of internet functions, the type of use which are generally acceptable and the types to be avoided.

All services provided by TruWebHost may be used for lawfully purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene.

NOTE: Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or be linked to adult content sites.

NET ABUSE: The sending of commercial advertising through email (spamming) on our server or referring to our server is strictly prohibited.

Contracts - Proposals

All customers will receive a contract for services rendered. The contract or proposal will state the work to be done by TruWebHost and the service to be provided.

Billing

All billing will be done by credit card unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
