Needs Analysis

Based on the information you have provided we will determine your needs, what you want from a website and try to get a feel for your industry.

We have several accomplished website designers on our staff who are experienced in everything from a simple business portal page to regular business sites complete with ecommerce. You can be assured that your site will be esthetically appealing and technically advanced. It will be ready to serve you well as a branding and marketing tool, a powerful sales tool and a customer service tool.

We may have questions for you to help us learn about you and your site. We will ask those questions before we quote you on your project.

Website Development Contract

Once we have come to an agreement on your project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and send back with your deposit. (Contracts are not required for projects under $1,500.00)

Initial Deposit

The signed contract and 50% deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for your project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion. Once we have received your 50% deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with a copy, a receipt of your deposit and your project start date. You will also receive a log in ID and password for our customers area so you can submit information and view progress.

All projects are scheduled on a "first come, first served" basis. But we assure you your project will be finished in a timely manner.

Domain name registration and Website Hosting

If needed, we will immediately secure your desired domain name (if available) and include the first year of service. The domain will be registered in your name. We will be happy to host your website as we are proud of our 99% guaranteed uptime. Learn more....

Web Site Maintenance

Upon completion your site will be internet search engine ready and with a little training you will have the opportunity of maintaining your site yourself or using one of our staff on an hourly basis.

A successful website for business requires a maintenance plan. Visitors to your site will expect product updates and periodic changes to the design.

We provide maintenance at either an hourly rate or a plan with a set number or hours each month.

We also have available a complete catalog of website templates that can be purchased and setup by the site owner or our technicians for an hourly fee.

Take a minute and check out Color Wheel Pro a unique software program that allows you to see color theory in action. With Color Wheel Pro, you can create harmonious color schemes and preview them on real-world examples.

Cart Manager:

Cart Manager is a superior online shopping cart that provides for secure either online or offline processing.  You have the ability to modify buttons to fit your circumstances.  There is a startup fee of $75.00 and a monthly fee of $15.00.  

We do provide support and installation for a nominal fee.

Other Online Shopping Carts:

More than one online shopping cart is available.  If you are a TruWebHost web hosting customer your cPanel will provide access and installation to four different shopping carts which can be used for FREE.  They will need to be modified for your use but come with complete instructions.
